Welcome to our open, flexible studio—a serene urban sanctuary designed for connection, creativity, and wellness. Ideal for retreats, community meetings, workshops, or small group gatherings, the space can be easily transformed to suit your event’s needs. With natural light, comfortable seating, and a calm, private environment, participants can focus, reflect, and engage fully. Amenities include a full kitchen and bathroom, AV equipment, and optional extras to support your meeting or wellness session. Located just steps from Metro North and the 4, 5, 6 subway lines, the studio sits quietly at the back of its building, separated from the bustle of the city, offering peace and privacy for your gathering. We offer hourly rentals (w/ a minimum of 2hrs), discounted bookings, and monthly subscriptions for frequent users. Small storage is available for ongoing projects or retreats. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
At the beginning and end of each day: - The floor in the space, kitchen and bathroom is swept and mopped - The bathroom toilet and sink is disinfected - The kitchen sink and countertops are disinfected At the end and/or beginning of each month the space and its furniture is deep cleaned. Guests are asked to pick-up after themselves and to leave the space in the condition that it was found. Depending on the activity and if equipment was rented, we request guests to inform us of which amenities are used in order to provide the cleanest environment for all renters.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
