The beautifully landscaped garden includes tall palm trees, vibrant greenery, and a spacious lawn with a dedicated wall for outdoor movie projections—perfect for creating unforgettable experiences under the stars. The centerpiece of the outdoor space is a large, crystal-clear swimming pool with a single-depth design, ideal for both relaxation and recreational activities. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for hosting gatherings and culinary events. For added luxury, enjoy the modern sauna and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water options. Additional recreational features include a mini-golf course, a volleyball net set up in the pool, and mini goals for playing soccer, providing endless entertainment options for guests. A versatile pool house complements the outdoor amenities, featuring a spacious tatami mat area suitable for yoga, stretching, or martial arts practice. Our kitchen features a spacious and modern kitchen island designed for both meal preparation and casual dining. The large island includes a generously sized sink, making it perfect for all your cooking needs. With ample counter space, it's ideal for prepping meals, baking, or even setting up a buffet for gatherings. The island also boasts a seating area with five comfortable stools, providing a perfect spot for family and friends to sit, chat, and enjoy meals together. Its sleek design seamlessly blends functionality with style, making it a central hub for both culinary activities and social interactions.

I have a range of comfortable seating options, including six spacious lounge chairs that can each accommodate two people, and two cozy lounge chairs designed for one person each. Additionally, there are two large sofas, each with room for four people, and two comfortable lounge beds that can fit three people each.
Our house is equipped with high-quality speakers both inside and outside, ensuring excellent sound quality throughout the property. These speakers are easily controlled with a phone app using SONOS, providing seamless and convenient operation. Additionally, we have four Alexa speakers for voice-controlled audio and smart home integration.

Marcelo and his wife Leticia were such gracious hosts. We had a 40th birthday party at this location and everything went perfectly! The venue is beautiful, the backyard is stunning including the pool and there is ample room to have a bartender as well as catering services. Marcelo and Leticia were very accommodating with booking, arriving early for set up and having our vendors at their beautiful home. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this property to anybody interested.

We threw a baby shower here and it was absolutely perfect! The house is so beautiful, we almost thought the pictures were too good to be true, when in reality they didn’t do the house Justice. This was Worth every penny, and now we have a great memory and pictures to look back on. All of our friends and family couldn’t get over how perfect the house was. Marcelo couldn’t have been a better host ,He accommodated us and answered all of my questions from the second we booked. This was my first time using Peer Space and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
