About Steelbird Studios

Our stage is located in the Burbank area. Stage 1 features is versatile and ideal for cinema, film, video, and photo shoots. We host celebrity interviews, music videos, TV shows, feature films, photo shoots including fashion and product photography, set builds, industry events, and more. Our amenity areas includes a private green room, production office, private makeup/wardrobe room, executive conference room, kitchenette with a generous area for crafty and dining, two restrooms, and a large flexible common area. All studio rentals include: • Production office • Private VIP green room • Kitchenette • Executive conference room • Makeup/wardrobe rooms equipped with steamers and racks • Stage monitor feed for remote viewing in common area & private rooms • Ladders, tables, folding chairs, and director’s chairs • High speed WiFi internet • Onsite parking lot We offer an open policy regarding gear – bring your own, or we are happy to provide it for you. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We maintain a clean and comfortable working space for our guests and ourselves so that there is a peace of mind for work to be done. We hire a professional cleaner between each booking and have an on-site manager maintain a safe and clean space during bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
