This room is for you if you want our most affordable rate, at the best quality. If you simply want a more private atmosphere or for a more intimate feeling session, this room is ideal. Rate includes a recording engineer. Sessions including an engineer have a two hour minimum. If you want a relaxed studio environment free of unnecessary distractions, Studio 85 is the ideal location for you to record. You'll also enjoy the clean, fresh studio smell. While making amazing music, we are concerned about your mental well-being. Engineers are on hand to assist you in recording the ideal tune, and you can select from three rooms. We're also the ideal location for songwriting, voice over work or recording your upcoming podcast episode. Free water and tea are provided to ensure your comfort during the recording process.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
