This space is built out as a 1,200-square-foot Martial Arts Studio, with bags and equipment. Perfect for martial arts, fitness, yoga, or dance classes. Shoeless facility Features: Solid foundation, industrial style windows, speakers included, access to two bathrooms, high ceilings, matted floors, punching bags, martial arts and fitness equipment, open space - Fits over 100 standing - Rental hours do not include set up and clean up - Large Parking Lot - 2nd floor - 2 bathrooms - Outside Food & Beverage Allowed - Table and chair rentals available - ask onsite Management for additional details
