About the Space
Recording studio located in the Jefferson Chalmers district. Space has all the amenities needed for production, vocal recording, and photoshoots. YOU WILL need your own computer and equipment if you opt out of the add on for equipment. high-end Microphones, apollo interface (mac computers only - thunderbolt connection), analog hardware available for additional cost. 6 guests can fit comfortably in this room there is no vocal booth, artist and engineer will be in the same room.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
