About the Space
Lots of open spaces and a lofted ceiling. 4 bedrooms that can be set up to fit your needs. Each room can be changed to fit whatever aesthetic of the content you are creating including an abandoned building / BDSM dungeon set. The living room is open and can be shot from a few different angles. The backyard is fairly big with a gazebo.

Lots of widows that will let natural light in. Each window has shutters that can block the light out of needed. Light is brightest at noon.

Ambient noise description
Neighborhood is generally quiet and there is not a lot of traffic. AC units are not excessively loud. The appliances have alarms, but as long as you keep the fridge door closed and don't touch the dishwasher they will remain silent.

Loading can be done via the front door or through the garage. There are no loading ramps.

Please wipe down any hard surfaces and deposit used linens in hamper.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
