The rear of the parlor is a large cook's kitchen. Up the stairs on the second floor are two large bedrooms with a wetroom bath. On the third floor is a primary suite with an exquisite terrazzo bathroom and a large, pitched walk-in closet. Please note the garden apartment is available at an additional fee.
