I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! Health and Safety Measures

Before the Event: Our team ensures the venue is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your event. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, and arranging furniture according to your event setup. During the Event: We maintain cleanliness throughout your event, with staff available to monitor restrooms, remove trash, and address any spills or issues that may arise. After the Event: After your event concludes, our team will: Collect and dispose of all trash, including any decorations or items left behind by guests or vendors. Sweep, mop, and vacuum the entire venue to restore it to its pre-event condition. Sanitize restrooms, countertops, and any high-touch surfaces. Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all areas are clean and ready for the next event. Client Responsibilities: All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own materials and equipment, including any spills or waste they may generate. The event host is responsible for removing any personal items or decorations they brought in, and ensuring that vendors complete their cleanup within the contracted time. Additional Cleaning Services: If your event requires extensive cleanup beyond our standard process, additional fees may apply. Please discuss any special cleaning needs with our team in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
