Sanman Studios at The Docks is a 5,000 sqft warehouse studio located in the Warehouse District in Downtown Houston. The venue includes a private entrance, an infinity wall, a kitchen and private bathrooms for use. Our venue is perfect for private parties, wedding receptions, mixers, art shows, fashion shows and pop ups.

This spot exceeded my expectations! I've wanted to book this studio for a long time. The space is huge. There are so many features and plugs for bigger production shoots. The lights go out for full control of cinematography and the staff made sure I knew where everything was. I'll definitely be booking again and again.
