About the Space
Our space is a 4000 sq. ft. home on 1 acre with a beautiful heated pool and infinity hot tub in a park-like setting. Partially wooded with large lawns for playing badminton and bocce ball. There is a very large patio for guests to enjoy as well as a secret patio on the side of the house off of the dining room. We have a pool house as well as a fire table adjacent to the pool. The property is fully fenced with an electric gate at the bottom of the long driveway. This space is perfect for birthday parties, photo and video shoots, corporate events, wedding and baby showers, meetings, etc. In the house off of the large patio is a game-type room with a TV, dart board, and foosball table with couches. We also have 4 Sonos speakers available for guests. Please note last 2 photos are from my previous property just to show our 5-star rating as this is a new property for us.

The space is professionally cleaned between booking. The pool and hot tub is serviced and cleaned between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
