BEAUTY ROOM — EVENT / REHEARSAL LISTING The Beauty Room is a private approximately 330 sq. ft. windowless studio designed for private lessons, rehearsals, dance practice, coaching, auditions, workshops and other small-group activities. For movement-based use, the room is most comfortable for approximately 6–9 participants depending on the activity and setup. The room provides visual privacy but is not acoustically soundproof. Renters should maintain music at a reasonable rehearsal level considerate of simultaneous activity in neighboring rooms. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and restroom access are available. Tables, chairs, kitchen access and reserved parking may be arranged separately when available. OVERTIME POLICY All setup, event/activity time, and cleanup must take place within your reserved booking time. Any time used before or after the confirmed reservation time will be considered overtime. Overtime will be charged at 1.5× the booked hourly rate in 30-minute increments, subject to space availability.
