GENESIS STUDIO: 01.ALL WHITE Studio > shooting area: 57m² ON-SET ASSISTANT / STUDIO MANAGER: To ensure premium service for all audiovisual projects, such as photo shoots or video productions, an on-set assistant is required in addition to the venue rental (details available upon request). STUDIO OPENING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM (available from 8 AM to 10 PM with the presence of our manager). Saturday: 9 AM - 6 PM (available from 8 AM to 8 PM with the presence of our manager). Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM. STUDIO RULES: Genesis Studio reminds clients that parties are prohibited on the premises and all activities must respect the other residents of the building, ensuring tranquility and avoiding noise disturbances. It is essential to keep the studio door closed, adhere to safety rules, refrain from parking or smoking in the courtyard, and avoid posting notices without prior authorization.

Arrival Preparations Initial Inspection: Before we start cleaning, we conduct a thorough inspection of the entire space to identify any areas that need special attention. Ventilation: We begin by airing out the rooms to ensure fresh air circulates, improving indoor air quality. General Cleaning Dusting: We dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and decorative items. Vacuuming and Sweeping: Floors, carpets, and rugs are vacuumed. Hardwood, tile, and other flooring types are swept and mopped. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied, and the liners are replaced. Specific Room Cleaning Bathrooms: Sanitizing Surfaces: We thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, including sinks, countertops, toilets, and bathtubs/showers. Mirror Cleaning: Mirrors are cleaned and polished to a streak-free shine. Towel Replacement: Fresh towels are provided, and any used ones are removed for laundering. Kitchen: Surface Cleaning: All countertops, tables, and other surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Appliance Cleaning: The exterior of all appliances is wiped down, and the interior of the microwave and refrigerator are cleaned. Dish Cleaning: Any used dishes, utensils, or cookware are washed and put away. Living Areas: Upholstery Cleaning: Sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture are vacuumed and spot-cleaned as needed. Electronic Cleaning: TV screens, remote controls, and other electronics are wiped down and disinfected. Final Touches Quality Check: A final inspection is conducted to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. Air Freshening: We use air fresheners or essential oils to leave a pleasant fragrance. Restocking Supplies: Toiletries, kitchen supplies, and other essentials are replenished.
