About the Space
Inviting 10,000 square foot open, industrial-chic space in downtown Redwood City's suburban retail district. Five skylights bring ample light into the clean and well-lit interior space, which houses several areas that are perfect for corporate events and team-building exercises grounded in music. We provide completely equipped, state-of-the-art, soundproofed studios for music rehearsal and recording, collaborative songwriting, and performances. Our small performance space comfortably seats 100 people, and our stage is perfect for live music, spoken word, standup comedy, and presentations. The audio and video from each studio and stage can be captured with live streaming options available. We also feature a large open kitchen with an elevated bar for catering service.

Our facility is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis by a professional cleaning crew. We also professionally clean the space after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
