Cleaning Process at Circuit Ultra Lounge At Circuit Ultra Lounge, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment is our top priority. We adhere to a comprehensive cleaning process that ensures our venue is spotless and welcoming for every event. Here’s an overview of our cleaning protocol: 1. Professional Cleaning: • Weekly Deep Cleaning: Every week, we engage professional cleaning services to conduct a thorough deep cleaning of the entire venue. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, deep-cleaning carpets and upholstery, and ensuring all areas, including restrooms, are pristine. 2. Cleaning Between Events: • Pre-Event Preparation: Before each event, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes the venue. This includes wiping down all surfaces, cleaning restrooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring all furniture and equipment are in top condition. • Post-Event Cleanup: After each event, we conduct a comprehensive cleanup. This involves removing all trash, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning floors, and resetting the venue for the next event. 3. Standard Bar/Restaurant Cleaning Procedures: • Daily Cleaning: • Surfaces: All countertops, tables, and high-touch areas are wiped down and sanitized regularly throughout the day. • Floors: Floors are swept and mopped daily to maintain cleanliness. • Restrooms: Restrooms are cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day, with frequent checks to ensure they remain clean and stocked with necessary supplies. • Bar Area: • Glassware and Utensils: All glassware and utensils are washed and sanitized using commercial-grade dishwashers. • Bar Counter: The bar counter is wiped down and sanitized regularly to ensure a clean serving area. • Liquor Bottles and Equipment: Liquor bottles, taps, and bar equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily. • Trash Removal: Trash bins are emptied regularly throughout the day, and all waste is disposed of according to health and safety regulations.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
