Our 1400 sqft industrial-style gallery in Cedar Park, part of the vibrant north Greater Austin area, offers an ideal setting for a wide range of events. Whether you’re planning an art exhibition, pop-up shop, corporate event, or intimate gathering, this versatile space can be tailored to meet your needs. The open floor plan features high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an abundance of natural light, creating a welcoming and creative atmosphere. Our gallery is equipped with a modern track lighting system to perfectly showcase your artwork or event décor. Additional amenities include a built-in sound system, and Wi-Fi, with rolling garage doors for effortless setup. Located in Cedar Park, just a short drive from downtown Austin, our gallery offers easy accessibility with ample parking available. This space provides the perfect blend of urban style and suburban convenience, making it an excellent choice for your next event.

General Rules

House Rules: 1. No smoking or vaping inside the gallery. 2. Outside catering is allowed, but please ensure that all food and beverage services are handled with care to protect the artwork and space. 3. Alcohol is permitted, but events with alcohol must have a licensed bartender present. 4. Please respect the artwork and refrain from touching or moving any pieces without permission. Coordinating with the Gallery on wall space needed for the event is preferred. 5. All music and amplified sound must be kept at a reasonable level, and no loud music after 10 PM. 6. Decorations are welcome, but please avoid using anything that might damage the walls or flooring (e.g., nails, heavy adhesive). NO GLITTER 7. The space must be returned to its original condition. Basic cleaning (e.g., removing trash, and wiping down surfaces) is the responsibility of the renter. 8. No open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics are allowed in the gallery. (Unless approved by the gallery) 9. Please ensure all guests exit the building by the end of the booking time. Booking time should include setup and breakdown time. Please plan accordingly.

Art Direct hires professional cleaning services to ensure cleanliness.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
