- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This was my first time ever in a recording studio and it was a great! When I booked - it seemed like a very fair price considering the professionalism quality of the space compared to other options on Peerspace. Isabelle, the host, was responsive beforehand. Roger was the tech who managed the recording and video taping and he was extremely friendly and professional. The conversation that my business partner and I had was personal at times and we felt nothing but comfortable around Roger. After we were done, he promptly sent us video and audio files. I would highly recommend Podcast Haven to anyone looking for a great podcast and audio & video recording experience. Thank you, Isabelle and Roger!
