Parking lot will accommodate up to 30 vehicles. Additional parking is available in the surrounding lot.
General Rules
No smoking is permitted anywhere in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No holes, nails, or adhesives may be used on walls, doors, or any other surfaces.
Respect for the space is essential. Please treat the venue with care.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Cleaning: The space must be left clean and tidy after the event. Trash and recycling should be disposed of properly.
Damage: Renters are responsible for any damages caused to the property.
Occupancy limits: The maximum number of guests allowed must not be exceeded.

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera located outside the studio entrance to the right and upper corner from the entrance. A security camera is located in the front corner of the studio, facing the main room. It records video and audio continuously. While the camera is not actively monitored, footage may be reviewed if needed.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Space is professionally cleaned at least weekly and between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
