This simple and contemporary environment has a full commercial kitchen and was designed with culinary photo shoots and filming in mind. Many floor outlets allow equipment to be easily positioned in just about any location within the space. Flexible furniture on casters allows for lots of configurations; tables can also be set at table-height or counter-height. Cascading glass sliding doors allow for larger indoor event footprint by combining adjacent spaces (w/ add’l audio and LED display) to accommodate camera equipment, wider angles and groups up to 100 (see listing for Combined Spaces or request adjacent space as an add-on rental). Access to talented on-site caterers and chefs to elevate your event. Capacities: Show Kitchen (only): 16-20+ Seated; 42 Standing (add on) Combined Show Kitchen + Multi-Purpose Space: 60+ Seated; 100+ Standing (add on) Covered Patio (only): 40+ Seated * Note: Venue provides indoor tables and chairs for up to ~58 guests and 12 counter seats; patio furniture for 24-30 guests; clients may rent or provide alternative or additional furniture upon approval by Venue. Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning / damages Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Furniture Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Kitchen cleaning Everything in the operation must be kept clean, but any surface that comes in contact with food must be cleaned AND sanitized. To be effective, cleaning and sanitizing must follow a 4-step process: 1. Clean the surface using a clean rag and chemical cleanser 2. Rinse the surface using a clean rag and warm water 3. Sanitize the surface with a clean rag using a chemical sanitizer 4. Allow the surface to air dry

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
