We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests. Our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event. Here’s what we do: Deep Cleaning: Every surface, including floors, countertops, and furniture, is thoroughly cleaned with high-quality cleaning products. We focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and equipment controls to ensure they are disinfected. Sanitization: We use hospital-grade disinfectants on all surfaces, paying special attention to areas that are frequently touched. This process ensures that our space is not only clean but also sanitized for your peace of mind. Ventilation: After each event, the space is ventilated to allow fresh air to circulate, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for the next guests. Restrooms: Our restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly, with additional attention given before and after each event. Fresh supplies, such as hand soap, paper towels, and sanitizers, are provided for your convenience. Trash Removal: All trash is removed promptly, and trash bins are sanitized to maintain a fresh and odor-free environment. Audio Equipment: Our high-end audio equipment is also carefully cleaned and maintained. We ensure that all touchpoints on the equipment are sanitized, and cables and connectors are neatly organized. By following this meticulous cleaning process, we aim to provide a spotless and hygienic environment where you and your guests can enjoy your event without any concerns.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
