The living room opens to the dining area with a lovely built-in china cabinet and dining table with 4 chairs. (Additional chairs available upon request, just ask!) The remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, refinished hardwood floors, and new stainless appliances including dishwasher. Off-street parking for one car is available in the alley behind the building. Street parking during the day and evening hours is free. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
