No open flames or cold sparks. **** Important: As we want to make our spaces available to everyone without additional fees, please do not arrive earlier than your booked time, help us return all furniture to its original location, and dispose of all trash in the trash bin or take it with you. **** **** All furniture MUST be returned as found or cleaning fee of $100 may be automatically charged to your account. To help with the placement of the furniture, please make note of how everything was placed as you arrive. **** **** As security for our space and our guests, we have cameras active at the entry and within our main studio space. Existence of cameras are for the safety of our clients as it is a private use studio with no manager inside of the space. Footage is only reviewed in the event that an incident occurs. **** ***** Please keep to the MAXIMUM AGREED AMOUNT OF GUEST in studio at all times or an amount of $50 will be charged PER PERSON as an overage fee unless discussed otherwise. ***** ***** ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed inside the studio. Fog and Smoke machines are not allowed due to residue that may cause damage to furniture. A fee may be assessed if any evidence is found or seen. Please contact us for consideration to use candles. ***** ***** Any time extensions WILL BE BILLED in 30 minute increments at the standard rental rate. Renter agrees to pay overtime charges if not out of the studio by the end time. There is only a 5 minute grace period. ***** ***** Any missing items within our studio will be your responsibility as the renter as we closely monitor and check all items in between sessions.
