This beautiful and newly built estate has it all including seamless indoor-outdoor flow that perfectly exudes California living. Everything from the indoor and outdoor great room with a lap pool that sits at the center of the home to enjoy from all of the glass sliders that can be retracted completely or closed off to your liking. The upstairs billiard room overlooks both the entire property or you can go on the front upper deck to enjoy ocean views. The holistic center includes a gym, sauna, cold plunge, locker room, and steam shower. Much of the spaces can be rearranged for production or events, with total flexibility for whatever creative environment you want to embody.
