Located in the heart of the vibrant Old Fourth Ward neighborhood, this loft boasts 30-foot ceilings in the common area, local art, rooftop access, and a special charm. The historic buildings used for cotton loading onto the railroad and converted into loft spaces by artists in the 1980s, each unit in this building is unique and eclectic. The loft is in a central location that is easily accessible by foot or bike. It is surrounded by many exciting culinary options and shopping areas. I The space can be rented for small day events or for large groups of people traveling together and wanting to stay in the same space. The loft has two full bathrooms, two living rooms four bedrooms with six beds, and can sleep up to eight people comfortably. Guests can enjoy both the downstairs living area and the lofted living area. There's one bathroom that is adjacent to a bedroom downstairs but has two entries so can serve as a private bathroom for said bedroom. Another bathroom is upstairs and features a quaint skylight. Guests may also enjoy the long dock that runs alongside the beltline for people-watching and relaxing in the shade.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
