House Rules for Our Versatile Event and Meeting Space Welcome to our multifunctional space! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following house rules: Booking and Access: Reservations must be made in advance through Peerspace. Access to the space is granted only during the reserved time slot. Please adhere to the start and end times of your booking. Setup and Cleanup: Setup and cleanup should be completed within your reserved time. Additional time required for setup or cleanup may incur extra charges. All furniture and equipment should be returned to their original positions after use. Capacity and Usage: Respect the maximum occupancy limits for the space. For safety reasons, do not exceed the capacity indicated in the booking details. The space is intended for the uses described in your booking (boardroom, meeting room, photo studio, yoga studio, baby shower, wedding shower). Any additional activities must be approved in advance. Noise and Conduct: Maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Ensure that all guests adhere to noise guidelines, particularly if there are other bookings nearby. Food and Drink: The small buffet area is available for food and beverage service. Please use it responsibly and clean up any spills immediately. Outside catering is allowed. Please ensure that any food or drink brought into the space is removed at the end of your booking. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Leave the space clean and tidy. Dispose of all trash in the provided bins and ensure all areas, including the buffet and shower, are left in good condition. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the host immediately. Equipment and Furniture: Treat all furniture, equipment, and props with care. Any damage or loss of items may result in additional charges. If you need to move furniture or equipment, please return them to their original locations. Safety and Security: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided. Ensure that the space is secured before leaving, including locking doors if necessary. Smoking is not permitted inside the space. Please use designated smoking areas if available. Personal Items: Personal items and valuables should be taken with you. The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Shower Use: The shower area is available for guest use. Please ensure it is left clean and dry after use.
