This event venue is located in Charlotte. It includes multiple fun backdrops for pictures and access to the entire venue. Please contact us if you have any questions or are interested in booking. This space is available for Events, Special Events, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Fundraisers, Corporate Events / Networking Trade Shows, Christmas Parties, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Receptions, Launch Parties, Weddings, and Pop-Up Events. Please include your setup and breakdown time in your rental reservation hours. Capacity: 4,000 Sq ft 70 Standing Alcohol is allowed in the private event space only (upon reservation of the room). You must have your alcohol permit and the application must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. You can bring your food and drinks when booking the event space. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
