There is a large grass area and basketball hoop perfect for events, there are also plenty of pool beds for lounging. Stay warm with our patio heaters and cool under the shade of our umbrellas and dining area. Guest House: Make the most of our guest house, which includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a balcony with a great view of the backyard. It’s ideal for changing, relaxing, or as an extra space for your activities. Layout: Both the backyard and guest house are available for all kinds of uses. The space is flexible, so you can set it up however you need for your shoot, event, or gathering. Ideal Activities: This space is great for photo shoots, small gatherings, sports, and filming. You can use it for anything from a music video to an outdoor dinner or a pool party.

The space is cleaned by a professional before and after each booking. Everything you bring into the space must leave with you. All trash must be bagged, tied, and … (removed, placed in dumpster, left by the back door, etc). Failure to do so will result in an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
