About The Dauz Venue

Welcome to The Dauz – A Versatile Modern Venue in Downtown Phoenix! The Dauz is a unique indoor/outdoor event venue that blends modern aesthetics with industrial character, located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. With over 5,500 square feet of flexible interior space and a large, modern courtyard, The Dauz is ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, styled shoots, and community events. The outdoor courtyard features turf landscaping, a white architectural wall, custom fountain, hedge wall, planters, artistic gate, and twinkle lights—creating a warm and stylish backdrop for ceremonies, cocktail hours, food truck setups, vendor activations, and more. It comfortably seats up to 200 guests. Inside, the venue offers a polished, blank canvas with 18- to 24-foot white ceilings, white brick walls, black support beams, and refinished charcoal-stained concrete floors that are perfect for dancing. The industrial-modern look is accented by 12 dimmable black chandeliers and thoughtful architectural details throughout. Rental includes a wide inventory of furniture and decor, including 20 charcoal farm tables, 300 cross-back chairs, 12 modern cocktail tables, lounge furniture, rugs, arches, a 20-foot rolling bar, 10 folding tables, 10 72-inch round tables, a refrigerator, freezer, and prep and storage space totaling 500 square feet. Seasonal and holiday decor is also available to elevate your design. The venue features spacious restrooms with five stalls for women and three stalls plus two urinals for men. A custom communal sink, created by a local doctor and friend of the owners, adds a unique artistic touch. Many details throughout the space have been thoughtfully repurposed from the original 1960s structure, preserving the building’s industrial roots while elevating it for modern events. The Dauz has hosted a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate parties, proms, indoor and outdoor markets, graduation celebrations, birthday parties, baby showers, and private industry mixers. It is also the temporary home for Mercy Hill Church. On-site parking is available and often doubles as an extension of the event space—previously hosting food trucks, BBQ vendors, petting zoos, car shows, sparkler exits, motorcycle rallies, and more. A new speakeasy lounge is coming soon to expand the experience even further.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
