30 spaces on site. Free parking on all streets nearby. Venue parking lot 1 block away. Approximately 50 spots.

No smoking in the building or courtyard area. No pets or unattended children. No glitter, confetti, or fake petals left behind. Initial cleaning of personal effects and items brought in by the renter is their responsibility. No personal property or vehicles may be left on site overnight without permission from the owner . Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service. No alcohol allowed off of the property. Alcohol can only be served for five hours. The venue normally hires a service for you that we know provide good service and packages. Bartenders can also be paid by the hour so that you can bring in your own alcohol and mixers and bar supplies. Amplified music must be inside the venue. Only conversational low volume music may be in the courtyard. Catering, must be licensed and insured, they must provide their own linens and clean up everything they brought in to the venue. They are required to clean up tables after meals and remove their garbage. All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming The Dauz as additionally insured. All renters must have event insurance. We have a list of preferred vendors That provide discounts to our renters and have an optimal reputation, but we will take the renter’s vendors into consideration. Credit card must be kept on file for excessive damage or excessive cleaning beyond the normal scope of an expected gathering. (Ie: broken items, vomit, gum, dangerous food/drink spills, etc) I have black or white linens which are rentable at $20 each.
