There are 4 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, a livingroom, 2 bathrooms, a huge sunroom with 14 foot ceilings and a huge family room. The backyard is spectacular with a Spanish Hacienda Covered Patio, Built in BBW, and sink, extensive use of Talavera Tile, a swimming pool, covered dining area and more. . If public streets are blocked, you need to get a permit. I also need liability and damage/theft insurance at least $2,000.00.

The house is always given to the renter in immacutely clean condition after it has been gone over thoroughly by my cleaners and myself. There are signs around the pool area regarding pooln rules and to not leave children unattended in the back yard/pool area.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
