Our NEWEST SPACIOUS photo studio in DTLA! Forget you're in the city and take beautiful content in our mediterranean designed studio. Our mediterranean oasis is inspired by Greece's indoor/outdoor living. Beautiful natural materials are used in the decor of the studio as well as bold forms are used throughout to provide the perfect photo/moments. Rustic wood furniture, stone, and white clean build-outs are the key elements of the studio. The studio gets STUNNING golden hour lighting and has unobstructed city views. There are endless ways to get creative and make your vision come to reality here. At 2200 sqft, the studio is great for hosting both LARGE and SMALL teams. LIGHTING: 7am-2pm bright direct lighting; 3pm-8pm softer/even lighting. Our windows are south + west facing. Key features: polished concrete flooring, separate room for HMUA/ storage, plaster forms, designer furniture FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: -High Speed WiFi - 2 A/C units - Clothing Rack - Folding Table and Chairs - Dressing Room - Pictured Furniture (Couch, Specialty Chairs, Mirrors, etc..) - Abundant Natural Sunlight - White Walls & Polished Concrete Floor The building is located near several pay parking lots and street-meters. Elevators: Large Passenger Elevator + and freight elevator ( freight elevator must be requested ahead of time if needed) Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music. Studio spaces are swept and mopped daily. Tables and mirrors are cleaned between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
