This home and property offer something for the most discerning enthusiasts whether an event, meeting, photo or film shoot. Fabulous tastefully designed kitchen-granite tile counters, large island with design area and very spacious and open floor plans with vaulted ceilings. Both front and back gable vaulted covered patios! Wheelchair accessible as no steps in the home. Willing to negotiate is longer shoot or equipment storage is needed. NOTE: our address shows in maps as Santa Ana but we reside in unincorporated North Tustin which does NOT require film permits.

We have our home professionally cleaned every two weeks but clean in between bookings if tight turn around. We will take care of trash and does not to be hauled if it fits in our cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
