We have implemented a comprehensive cleaning process to ensure that our space meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Pre-Event Preparation: * All surfaces, including tables, chairs, floors, and fixtures, are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. * High-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, receive extra attention. * Air filters are replaced regularly to maintain optimal air quality. During the Event: * Cleaning staff is on standby to address any spills or messes promptly. * Restrooms are cleaned and disinfected throughout the event. * Trash bins are emptied regularly to prevent odors and maintain a clean appearance. Post-Event Cleanup: * All surfaces are once again thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. * Floors are vacuumed and mopped to remove any debris. * Trash is removed from the space and disposed of properly. * Equipment and furniture are inspected and sanitized. Cleaning Products: * We use hospital-grade disinfectants that are effective against a wide range of bacteria and viruses. * Our cleaning products are non-toxic and safe for use around food and beverages. Staff Training: * Our cleaning staff is trained to follow strict cleaning protocols and use proper cleaning techniques. * They are also trained to respond to any cleaning concerns or requests from guests. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
