Rental includes one spot behind the building. After 6pm you can have up to 3 spots behind the building. Park only in the angled parking spots to the left of the blue parking sign. Do not park in the furniture store parking spaces.

4 north facing windows flood the studio with daylight from sunrise to sunset Blackout covers are available for the windows RGB addressable stage lights 12pm - 4pm are the brightest Direct golden hour sunlight on the east wall during sunsets

Studio is not soundproof, but ambient noise is minimal with the windows closed.

Booking Time Load-In and Load-Out: All setup and breakdown must be completed within the reserved booking time. Studio Etiquette Backdrop and Cyclorama Use: We kindly request that shoes be kept off backdrops and the cyclorama wall whenever possible. Only models and clients should have shoes on these surfaces. If you need to assist your model on the backdrop or cyclorama wall, please ensure shoes are clean or removed. Supervision and Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all individuals in their party and must ensure compliance with all studio rules. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Physical Conduct: No jumping or roughhousing is permitted on the backdrops or the cyclorama wall. Equipment and Property Respect the equipment. We expect you to return it in the same condition. Furniture Movement: Furniture may be moved, but please be careful. We appreciate your help in maintaining the quality of our flooring. Studio Equipment: No equipment owned by [ EVERSINCE ] is permitted to leave the premises. Materials and Substances Restricted Items: The use of glitter, body lotions, fake blood, or any items or substances that may leave marks or stains on paper backdrops, furniture, floors, or the cyclorama wall is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained. Noise and Conduct Music: Harmon Kardon sound system is provided. Please be respectful of the other tenants. Animals: Pets are welcome; however, please exercise common courtesy and discretion. Any damage caused by an animal will be the renter's responsibility. Building Conduct: This is a secure building housing multiple businesses. Please be respectful of others within the building. Prohibited Substances: Alcohol, illicit drugs, and intoxicated individuals are not allowed on the premises. Post-Use Requirements Equipment Care: Unplug all lighting equipment and properly secure cords when finished using them. Studio Condition: Please leave the studio in the same or better condition than you found it for the next renter. Reporting Issues: Report any unusual occurrences, issues, or damages to equipment immediately.

The studio has a modular design, all furniture can be moved. No furniture, props, books, etc is to leave the studio.
