We have three (3) screens -- 2 on the side facing the audience and one (1) facing the stage. The screen that faces the stage includes preview images of what the audience would see along with the time and timer. All media that the client would like projected on the screen would have to be provided to us at least a week in advance. Any last minute submissions will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Can be provided with the Professional Media Technician add-on. If you would like someone dedicated to managing the sound to it's fullest potential, we would recommend investing in the Sound Technician Add-On.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
