Our sanctuary is a breathtaking space that seamlessly blends timeless spirituality with contemporary chic. With a warm, inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect backdrop for your unforgettable event. This space is perfect for if you're planning a wedding, baby shower, corporate event, concert, or intimate gathering. Our space already come set up with rows of cloth chairs at no additional charge, however, our versatile space can be transformed to match your vision.

Enjoy the ease of parking at our venue with a spacious open lot featuring plenty of spots to accommodate your guests. We understand the importance of accessibility, and we've provided designated handicap parking spaces for your convenience.

Our space has several windows, however, we have additional professional production lighting, if needed, for an additional add-on price.

Ambient noise description
Our space is pushed back on our property with more than enough parking and land to accommodate your guests. The location is away from neighbors and street noise.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space
Outside catering is allowed with the booking of our kitchen space as an add-on

Obscene music is not allowed; our space is still a sanctuary that should be respected as such
Pets are not allowed
Leave the space in the same condition as found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Decor is permitted, however, everything must be removed without damaging any walls and or equipment. If found, the client will be charged an extra fee of $200.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we have security cameras installed at the following locations:
Front Entrance: A security camera is positioned at the main entrance, facing outwards. This camera is active 24/7.
Back Entrance: A security camera is located at the back entrance, also facing outwards. This camera is active 24/7.
Please note that these cameras are solely used for security purposes and do not capture audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Thorough Cleaning: Our dedicated cleaning team performs a deep clean of the entire space between each event, focusing on high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and restrooms.
Disinfection: We utilize hospital-grade disinfectants to eliminate germs and bacteria.
Ventilation: Our space is well-ventilated with fresh air circulation to maintain a healthy environment.
Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to create a welcoming and healthy atmosphere for your event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
