About the Space
Located minutes from downtown Nashville in the Cleveland Park/ East Nashville neighborhood where every single home has old charm and varying architectural styles. The charm of the original 1960s home is still present with added character and sophistication to update the home to current day. Beautiful outdoor garden area with fountain and bocce ball court. Happy to discuss and accommodate bundle pricing for multiple days of use, just reach out with any questions!

Circuit breaker is located in the finished basement. There are plenty of outlets in every single room.

General Rules
Great home for filming or photoshoots. Wouldn’t be a great fit for a loud production because it is located in a residential neighborhood.
All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices
Outdoor cameras in the front and back yards. They have video and audio, could be turned off based on requests.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Before a larger project we will hire a professional cleaning company to fully clean and sanitize.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
