**Cleaning Procedure for Events** --- ### **Before the Event** 1. **Inspect and Clean:** - Walk through the venue to check cleanliness. - Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas. - Sweep or vacuum floors, then mop if needed. 2. **Prepare Restrooms:** - Clean and stock restrooms with essentials. 3. **Trash and Recycling:** - Empty bins and ensure fresh liners are in place. 4. **Setup:** - Arrange furniture and perform a final check. --- ### **After the Event** 1. **Initial Cleanup:** - Remove leftover food and beverages. - Empty and clean trash and recycling bins. 2. **Surface and Floor Cleaning:** - Wipe down surfaces and sanitize high-touch areas. - Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors as needed. 3. **Restroom Maintenance:** - Clean and restock restrooms. 4. **Return Furniture:** - Restore furniture and equipment to their original positions. 5. **Final Check:** - Conduct a walk-through to ensure everything is in order. --- Thank you for helping us keep the venue in top condition!
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
