This includes checking all restrooms, lounge areas, and outdoor spaces. ✨Setup Assistance: If you require assistance with setting up tables, chairs, and decorations, our team is available to help ensure that everything is arranged according to your specifications. ✨Supplies Check: We will restock essential supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms, and ensure that trash bins are lined and ready for use. 2. During the Event: ✨Ongoing Maintenance: Our staff will be discreetly on-site to maintain cleanliness throughout the event. This includes emptying trash bins as needed, cleaning spills, and ensuring restrooms remain tidy and stocked. ✨Support: If any cleaning needs arise during the event, please notify our staff, and we will address them promptly to maintain a pleasant environment. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: ✨Guest Cleanup Responsibility: Hosts are responsible for basic cleaning after the event. This includes: ✨Clearing tables of food, drinks, and decorations. ✨Disposing of all trash in the provided bins. ✨Returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. ✨Professional Cleaning: After your event concludes, our professional cleaning team will: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors. ✨Wipe down tables, chairs, and countertops. ✨Clean and sanitize restrooms. ✨Remove any remaining trash and replace liners in bins. ✨Deep Cleaning (If Necessary): For events that require additional cleaning due to excessive use, stains, or damages, a deep cleaning fee may apply. This includes carpet cleaning, stain removal, and repairs to any damaged fixtures or furniture. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
