In the heart of the Bronx's North East section, our Space offers a unique and intimate setting for events and outdoor patio. With capacity for up to 50 seated guests or 70 for cocktail parties.Our event space is ideal for micro weddings ,private parties,showers, anniversaries, birthday parties, dance or fitness classes, networking events, and pop-up shops. We're committed to delivering a smooth and memorable experience.All our booking includes the use of our tables, chairs, bluetooth sound system, and a bar area.

We decided to use Santanah’s place for Thanksgiving dinner instead of crowding in our family room. The space was more than big enough for the 25 people who came out and conveniently located for those who don’t drive. There’s a beautiful deck in the backyard that we used for smoking purposes only since it was cold. I would use this place again and I recommend this event space for anyone looking for a small party.

Santanah was an amazing host and even helped us set up for our event. She was extremely hospitable and the space was beautiful. We had some last minute changes for the gender reveal and she was able to accomodate us in a timely manner.

I loved the venue it was so much bigger in person. The price for the venue was reasonable and the host is very understanding and very respectful. I would definitely book this venue again!!

This space was perfect for my last minute wedding reception for 50 guest. The outdoor space was a great addition. The host Santanah was super responsive and very helpful. Looks just like the photos and affordable, I highly recommend!
