Welcome to The Greenehouse! A stunning mid-century modern home, perfect for Production Filming/Photoshoots/Branding Content/Meetings/R&R. The home is fully equipped yoga studio, sauna, outdoor lounge w/fireplace and atrium w/meditation pond. *THE SPACE: The Greenehouse includes two spacious bedrooms each uniquely decorated & one master bedroom w/private bathroom & private breakfast patio area equipped w/two chairs & coffee table. The private (master) bathroom features a two-person shower w/one rainfall shower head and one wall mount handheld shower head. There is a second (shared) bathroom w/dual sinks and bathtub/rainfall shower head. The home offers a unique custom built yoga studio - The yoga studio is outfitted w/yoga mats, bolsters, blocks & blankets. Additional exercise equipment recently added. Next door to the yoga studio is an office. The office features a computer desk/chair and printer. A perfect cozy workspace. The serene ‘Greenehouse' area - This is a very special area in this home. The area features a fully grown rubber fig tree. The tree grows from the foundation & naturally purifies the indoor air. Above you, there is a 10ft skylight that illuminates the entire space and nourishes the tree. Back on the ground is custom built koi pond with trickling water fountain. Two large living spaces - One is located at the front of the house that features a mid-century modern design w/decorative fireplace & Television (Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, Amazon Prime TV included). The second living space is located at the back of the house. Here, you can admire the spacious back garden through a head-to-toe sliding glass wall. The back garden features an outdoor floating deck w/ lounging area and comfortable seating, two small tables and a beautiful extra large oval propane fire bowl. The neighborhood is very quiet w/very pleasant neighbors. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from playing loud music outside after 10pm. Quiet hours are to be observed from 10pm - 8am.
