About the Space
Fitness studio, mini gym, and private workout space The space can be used for various purposes: pilates, yoga studio, event, photo studio, meetings, conferences, seminars, presentations, photography, video shooting, treatment room, clinic space, fitness studio, rehabilitation room, rehab, physio, chiro, massage space, etc. We also have a sauna on site that can be used with our prior approval. We are looking for renters who will be respectful of the space and not cause any damage or disturbances to the space. We take great care of the space and we expect the same from you. The space is noise/vibration sensitive so you have to be mindful of this (no intense jumping, shouting, loud music, lifting heavy weights, or similar). - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
