Located in Avalon Garden City, our club room offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 27 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 19 - Chairs and tables - Pool Table - WiFi - Kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge. *TVs not available to use FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. Alcohol is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
