Professional Cleaning Crew: We work with a trusted team of professional cleaners who are trained to adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness. They meticulously clean every room in the house, focusing on high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, remotes, and handles. Comprehensive Disinfection: All surfaces, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, are disinfected using high-quality, effective cleaning products. This includes countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, and appliances. Bedding and Linens: All bedding, including sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers, are washed with hot water and high-quality detergents between each stay. Towels are also laundered and replaced to ensure they are fresh and clean for each guest. Hot Tub Maintenance: After each guest stay, the hot tub is drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled with fresh water. The water is treated with the necessary chemicals to ensure it is safe and clean for the next guests. Outdoor Spaces: We also pay close attention to our outdoor spaces. The deck, seating areas, and hot tub are cleaned and prepared to welcome guests for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Final Inspection: After the cleaning process, we conduct a final inspection to ensure that everything is in perfect condition. This helps us address any missed spots and make sure the home is ready to welcome guests. Our commitment to cleanliness is one of the ways we ensure that our guests feel at home and have a relaxing, worry-free stay. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
