Allow any type of decorations for whatever occasion you are celebrating! Perfect lighting for nighttime vibes. Use of the swimming pool is allowed for anyone.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This place has the perfect setup for an intimate gathering. Clean, plenty of space and the pool creates the perfect backdrop. Host Muhsin was nice and extremely accommodating for our visit. Would definitely book again and recommend this space to all my friends.

The host was incredible! Kind, attentive, and so helpful throughout the entire process. The space was immaculate and perfect for my girlfriend’s surprise birthday. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. I genuinely wish all Peerspace and Airbnb hosts were like him. Highly recommend!
