In Town Ranch House

This 1944 residence is situated on several acres and is about 6 miles (10 minutes) from downtown Fort Worth. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large living room with a vaulted ceiling, and a sun room with casement windows. Natural prairie surrounds it. You can see downtown Fort Worth. The $175 per hour price is only for using the 500 square foot living room and is rented unfurnished - furniture and decor may not be used by the production company and must be removed or moved out of the way before filming. Additional cost may be negotiated if the scope of the project requires more rooms or use of the furniture and decor. For shoots with more than 3 people, you must make your own arrangements for portable toilets. A business a block away offers to rent their large parking lot for staging, portable toilet stations and additional parking.
