Centrally located in the heart of West Palm Beach right off the Turnpike, it has lots of parking. ADD ONS: Lighting Rental - $400 flat rate (message us for a list of our lighting gear) Crew - Rate depends on the project, message us with specifics of what you need for a custom rate. 2. PODCAST ROOM $100/hr - Sound treated for optimal audio quality - Built-in professional film lighting - Props - 2x Shure SM7B microphones (best podcasting mics) ADD ONS: Sony FX3 Cameras Package - $200 flat rate (includes lenses) Podcast Operator (will record video/audio and then give it to you on an SSD) - $75 per hour SSD (if you didn't bring one) - $200 Podcast Editing (cutting the footage, processing audio, and color grading) - $600 3. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
