About the Space
Brand new! Private back yard with 1,300sf of high end artificial turf. Modern pool area with all Restoration Hardware furniture. Outdoor sofa seats 14 people and pool loungers can be used for bench seating up to 24. Under the pergola is a sofa that seats 6 and a bar area that seats 10. Pergola has wind screens, heaters, fans, 75” TV, fire table, grill, food warmer, and sink. There is also a caters kitchen with fridge, commercial ice maker, sink, and microwave. A full bath with shower is included. Both the kitchen and bath have a/c and heat. We have 2 6ft tables, 4 HighTop tables and linens for rent.

You are required to return the area as clean as it was when you arrived. We will take care of a more detailed clean if needed, like wiping down all the cushions and pressure washing the concrete.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
