About the Space
The Airstream is tucked on the back of 5 private acres and offers a firepit and other amenities. The 'flagship' of the Airstream line-up, the 33' Classic has all the amenities you'll need. Up to 4 people can stay in the trailer, but more can be on the property for larger gatherings.

Parking description
There is parking for about 4 cars up near the trailer, and another 10 spots down by the main home on the property for larger gatherings.
General Rules
No smoking in the trailer.
Outside catering is allowed.
Keep the awning closed. The wind has damaged it and we need to keep it stored up.
The firepit has a sear plate and gets very hot, so be careful when using it (no using it as a footrest when lit).
Please do not put anything into the toilet EXCEPT the toilet paper provided. The RV black tank feeds to a holding tank and the plumbing is very sensitive. Only Septic-rated toilet paper can be used and anything else flushed (wipes, diapers, paper towels, hygiene products, etc) can back up the system incurring costly repairs.
Please dispose of all other trash items into one of the provided trash cans and/or place them outside in the large bin
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a ring camera that monitors the arrival area just outside the trailer. We use the camera to detect arrivals for our guests. Nothing inside the trailer can be seen, and the camera can be turned off if requested once checked in.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
In between guests we thoroughly clean all surfaces and areas within the trailer. We also dispose of all trash and refresh all the linens and towels.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
