- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

My experience with Courtney and her home were perfect and seamless. They were so warm and caring upon entering, asked if we had any questions, gave us helpful tips about lighting/electronics and were on their way. Their home was exactly like the pictures and had the most gorgeous natural light. I'm extremely happy with how the shoot turned out and highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you for making my first Peerspace experience perfect!
